Ownership of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image. SKO Enterprise, LLC retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. Any concepts not chosen in the selection process remains the property of SKO Enterprise, LLC. Trademark, Service Mark, and name registration are the sole responsibility of the client.
